このコンドミニアムは私のライフスタイルにとてもよく合っています。たくさんの食べ物が売られている talat phlu に近く、bts の wutthakat 駅もすぐ近くにあるためです。私の 1 ベッドルーム ユニットは家具付きです。部屋の広さは広く、一人暮らしには丁度良い。なんといっても、サウナ、プール、フィットネスセンター、ショップ、屋上庭園などの施設が充実していて、とても感動しました。

i can say that this project is a valuable house. the security guards are friendly and always work hard to make us feel comfortable and safe. some of our neighbors are celebrities as well. every house has a high level of privacy. there is a tall fence around the house. i have redecorated almost the entire house to be my dream home. the common areas are nice. it features a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a car park. i think the fitness center is too small for the total number of residents. this place is in a quiet location and very convenient transportation, close to bts skytrain and expressway. it's perfect!

来年完成するこのプロジェクトのために、1ベッドルームのコンドミニアムを予約しました。客室はモダンなスタイルでデザインされ、装飾されています。プロジェクト内の雰囲気は日陰で、大小の木々がリラックスに適したリゾートスタイルの日陰を作っています。また、グラデーション スイミング プール、多機能ジム、ホーム シアター、カラオケ スタジオなど、多くのモダンな設備を備えた共用エリアもあります。興味深いことに、wutthakat bts と the quarter wutthakat が徒歩圏内にあります。このコンドミニアムに引っ越したら、きっと生活が楽になると思います。

my friend recommended a townhome in this project for setting up an office because the location is close to the business district and it's convenient to keep in touch with customers in the sathorn area and nearby neighborhoods. in addition, the bts skytrain is also connected to the mrt, making it easy to go shopping and hang out in this neighborhood. i visited the project and found out that its simple box-shape building design makes it easy to turn into a home office, though it may need to be repainted and renovated in some areas, which is not a problem for architects. i also planned to use the upper floor as a place for living. as the project has many facilities such as a swimming pool and a 24-hour security system, i don’t hesitate to buy it. this project is perfect both in terms of location and usable space.

i like the project's location as it is on the main road, which is conveniently accessible to the sathorn expressway. my house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which is so family-friendly. there is a 15-meters long swimming pool in the common area, and there is also a lounge in the clubhouse, so if you want to hang out with guests, you can use it without disturbing the members of our own home. overall, i was pretty impressed.

i bought this townhome and have lived here for about 7 months. the project is well-spaced and nicely decorated that i could even feel relaxed with nature. the common areas feature a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a park, and a good security system. the staff is friendly and helpful. though the house is not in the city's centre, it is in an area with all amenities, including hospitals, schools, leading department stores, restaurants and service outlets. to my mind, i am happy with this condo and would recommend it.

i am really interested in this project because it has a convenient location, easy to get into the town, close to our son's school and the mall bangkae, but there is a bit of traffic jam during rush hour. the project's entrance is easily accessible from the main road. there is a security guard in front of the project, and there are also various facilities within the project, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, etc. everything is still in excellent condition. i am interested in a 4-bedroom house with 2 floors because the bedrooms and a living area are very spacious. i believe it is worth buying this house because i can live in a big house near the city with a high level of privacy even though i think the house price is quite high. moreover, each house has a large car park. it is suitable for families who own more than one car like us.
