このプロジェクトは、ショッピングモールの隣に位置し、旅行に便利です。しかし、アカラ技術者の態度や言葉は変えなければなりません。以前部屋を購入した知人は、建築技術者は口下手で態度もかなり悪いと言っていました。これを変更できれば、購入の決定が容易になります。問題が発生しても、技術者は気にしていないようです。

絶好のロケーション。すべてのライフスタイルに最適です。スタッフはフレンドリーで、建物は塗装されたばかりです。道路の端に位置するバンコク最大の公園 コンドミニアムは静かに見えますが、近くには bts と mrt だけでなくたくさんのレストランがあります 駐車場を利用できます

エッジ スクンビット 23 は、最高のロケーションの 1 つです。ターミナル21ショッピングモールの近くにあり、徒歩2分です。 mrtとbtsに接続しています。まともな価格と素晴らしいサービス

a luxury condo in sukhumvit area with good spacious parking

if you don't like to use public transport, the project here definitely meets your requirements because it has automatic and ordinary parking. it comprises 2 buildings, which are extremely spacious and comes with premium-grade materials and decoration. even though it was recently completed, there were many residents, and most of them are foreigners. this condo is near my office, where i can walk for about 10-15 minutes. you can also connect to various places in bangkok easily by asoke bts and sukhumvit mrt, for a 10-minute walk and close terminal 21 shopping center. the condo facilities include a swimming pool, sky-bar, a conference room, and a fully equipped gym.

アソーク ビジネス センター エリアの絶好のロケーション。プロジェクトの反対側には、アソーク mrt とターミナル 21 ショッピング モールがあります。 bts アソーク駅から徒歩 5 分以内です。プロジェクトは、お店や多くのコンビニにも近いです。コンドミニアムは、優れた設備を備えた素晴らしい高層ビルです。 33 階のスカイ プールはとても美しく、素晴らしい街の景色を眺めることができます。部屋の選択は、1 ～ 3 ベッドルームと適切なサイズのデュプレックスの範囲です。作り付けの家具が付いています。価格が多少高くても、投資する価値はあります。

comfy travel, close to the park

i am very interested in this project and believe that the project will have a great view. apart from a good location, the project is located near benjakitti park. convenient travel. the atmosphere is inviting to live in and highly private. the one-bedroom unit is suitable for living alone as the room may not be large. the room space is well allocated. there are a lot of facilities in a common area such as the meeting room, a swimming pool, and a reception. the parking lot is ample. now the project is almost finished. i'm so excited.

ここの1ベッドルームのユニットは豪華で美しく、大理石を使用して床とバスルームを装飾しています。スペースは適切な比率に分割されます。家具に関しては、各アイテムがしっかりと組み込まれています。この場所の共用エリアには、非常に日陰の木々が植えられています。このプロジェクトは、bts アソークにも近く、周辺に多くのショップやレストランが集まるスクンビット ソイ 10 にあります。

great condo in the thonglor-ekamai area

it is another project in an ideal location in the thonglor-ekamai area. even though the project is in the city, the atmosphere is so calm and quiet. more importantly, it isn’t far from the ekamai bts station, making it easy to travel. the room i stayed in is a 1-bedroom room with average size. there are complete facilities. i think that it is worth the money i’ve paid.

バンコクのスクンビット cbd 内で家を探しているが、それでもプライバシーが必要な場合は、ヴェニオ スクンビット 10 が最適です。 bts アソーク駅までは徒歩 6 分ですが、バンコク最大の公園の 1 つであるベンジャキティ公園にも隣接しているという贅沢も満喫できます。
