このマンションを購入してまだ1年も経っていません。とても広いペントハウスを購入しましたが、選んでいただいた家具もとても素敵でした。完璧にフィットします。また、このプロジェクトでは、共用エリアにスイミングプール、ジャグジー、サウナ、フィットネスルームなどの多くの施設を提供しました。このコンドミニアムは市内中心部にあり、bts ナナ駅に隣接しているのでどこにでも行きやすく、ターミナル 21、ナナ スクエア、フードランド スーパーマーケットにも近いので、私のライフスタイルに最適だと思います。

condo in the heart of the city, excellent location

the project is located in a good area close to the community and surrounded by many amenities such as central bangna, hospitals, schools, restaurants and convenience stores. it is only 2.5 kilometers from asok bts station. there are also buses, motorbike taxis and taxis available in this area, making a living in bangkok easy. the project has 4 types of rooms ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom units. the room i rented is a one-bedroom unit, spacious and fully furnished. the project also has many facilities, such as the swimming pool, the parking lot, and a 24-hour security system.

this condo is a gem! and worth for money.

i had accidentally visited this condo as i got to wrong place. however, it turned out that staff are nice and security guard helped me find a correct place. i also had chance to see how well they maintain the building and with high privacy. only 4 units per floor and total 38-39 unit owners only. staff knows every person stay there so it is very safe, i think. location is great too as it located in beginning of sukhumvit road, a heart of bangkok. price is not that high compare to other condos in same area so i think this is a gem.

コンドミニアムは少し時代遅れですが、ソイナナの終わりの素晴らしい場所にあります。通り過ぎる人も少なく静かなエリアです。プロジェクトはわずか 800 メートル先のスクンビットの幹線道路の近くにあるため、交通手段は思ったほど難しくありません。 btsナナ駅まで徒歩10分ほどでとても便利です。プロジェクトは長い間完了していましたが、状態は良好です。私が泊まった部屋は300平米のベッドルームが3つ。家具の配置や物を収納するのに十分なスペースとは別に、オープンプランのエリアは部屋全体が風通しが良く快適です。スタッフのサービスは平均的です。プール、ジム、駐車スペースなど、他のコンドミニアムと同様の設備が整っています。平米あたりの価格は、同エリアの他のコンドミニアムに比べて高くありません。それはお金の価値があります！

overall building is acceptable, many people working in the cbd live her and some retired expats. the project has some decent sized units, although they are a bit outdated its acceptable.

bts の 2 つの駅の間にあるスクンビット ソイ 2 にあります。この通りは人通りも少なく、住宅街としては許容範囲です。この低層プロジェクトは時代遅れですが、この近辺では最も手頃な価格のプロジェクトの 1 つでもあります。ユニットのレイアウトは常に機能的であるとは限らず、使用される材料の品質は建物の築年数に応じて変化します。

ハイド 13 はソイ 13 の始まりに位置し、bts ナナ駅へのアクセスも簡単で、新しいホテル ハイアットを経由して直接 bts 駅まで建物から出ることなく簡単にアクセスでき、とても便利です。建物の入り口には、歓迎されていない人が入るのを避けるために指紋も付けられました。スウィニングプールは非常に長いので、泳ぐのに最適です。全体的に品質は優れています。
