このプロジェクトは、ショッピングモールの隣に位置し、旅行に便利です。しかし、アカラ技術者の態度や言葉は変えなければなりません。以前部屋を購入した知人は、建築技術者は口下手で態度もかなり悪いと言っていました。これを変更できれば、購入の決定が容易になります。問題が発生しても、技術者は気にしていないようです。

i'm looking for a condo in the sukhumvit area because i am a partygoer who likes nightlife and living amid complete amenities such as shopping malls, hospitals, and schools. i admit that i thought this area only had expensive condos until i came across this condo. it has a beautiful room, a good atmosphere, and a modern room decoration style. the furniture is of great quality. the important thing is that the price isn't over budget. so i don't hesitate to stay here. the condo is also not far from phrom phong bts station, suitable for people who are tired of driving like me. another favorite thing about this project is efficient parking that can accommodate all residents. and there is a round-trip shuttle bus to the asok bts station as well.

my family and i stayed here for about three months. it's a spacious apartment, like a big house with up to four bedrooms, a modern decoration in a large room. and all necessary equipment is on hand. the condo is a small project with a lot of privacy and quiet. the security system is also strict. the location is ideal, close to nana bts and sukhumvit's central business district. shopping areas, restaurants, and hotels are nearby. the transportation is also very convenient. our family is very pleased with this place on this trip.

私は数日前にこのプロジェクトの部屋を訪れました。私はバンコクに留学するためで、私が通う予定の大学からそう遠くないからです。別の部屋を更衣室に変えたいので、2ベッドルームの部屋に興味があります。部屋はきれいに仕切られています。プール、会議室、フィットネスルーム、図書室など、普段あまり外出しない施設がたくさんあり、セントラルワールドやbtsスカイトレインにも近い立地が気に入っています。便利な旅行。

this condo is a gem! and worth for money.

i had accidentally visited this condo as i got to wrong place. however, it turned out that staff are nice and security guard helped me find a correct place. i also had chance to see how well they maintain the building and with high privacy. only 4 units per floor and total 38-39 unit owners only. staff knows every person stay there so it is very safe, i think. location is great too as it located in beginning of sukhumvit road, a heart of bangkok. price is not that high compare to other condos in same area so i think this is a gem.
