the condo is ready to move in, on pradipat road. the entrance is located at the beginning of soi pradiphat 23. the location is bustling but convenient. there is a 7-eleven nearby within walking distance. the project is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and facilities. the project is close to saphan khwai bts, only 500 meters away. it is easy to walk to the station because there is a wide sidewalk along the way. furthermore, the project has many types of units. the size starts from 28–48 sq.m. i rent a 1-bedroom loft-style unit. the room is extremely large, and the ceiling is quite high, making me feel comfortable living here. most importantly, the project is full of facilities. there are swimming pools, fitness centers, gardens, and the security guard is always on duty.

the project here is full of various trees. i think its design is very good with limited space. you can experience the shady from the first moment you have access to the condo, it's amazing! the project highlight i love most is the rooftop pool that offers stunning views of the city and also has a seating area for relaxing around the pool. if you want to use the service in different rooms, you can contact the staff anytime. they are very helpful. as for the safety system, here takes great care to ensure safety from the entrance to the room door with a tight double lock system. the space in the room is designed to be proportionated. built-in furniture is provided with good quality. i like everything here, but it is far from various department stores. anyway, there is the nearest mall, known as central rama 9, about 4 kilometers away. you can take a taxi in front of the condo, good location, and good value for money.

the condo is located not far from shops, restaurants, and comfortably accessible to many important places. the design perfectly matches the urban lifestyle. i bought a 1-bedroom unit, it's large, functional and really worth the money. plus, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. in my opinion, this condo has a lively and relaxing atmosphere, and i highly recommend buying the room here.

i am very impressed with the peaceful atmosphere of the project. the room that i rented is a 1- bedroom unit with a spacious living area suitable for my lifestyle. plus, the room comes with a modern design. more importantly, there are complete facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and communal garden, making it convenient. as for the location, i think it is the best as it’s near saphan khwai bts and other important places. overall, it is worth the investment.

i've been living here for a while now. in general, it's alright that i spend my life with ease in all aspects. the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is lovely. it's fantastic! furthermore, the condo is just a few steps away from the bts, which is easily accessible from anywhere. the project also includes a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, a leisure garden, and parking lots. it perfectly meets the needs of those looking for a condo in the phaya thai area in terms of living and traveling.
