ビジネスベイの高層マンション。アルジャダフ運河の近くにあるデザインはとても美しく、部屋の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。床から天井までグレーを基調としたインテリアはとてもモダンで、ブルジュ・ハリファを眺めることができます。プロジェクトが完了する2024年まで待ちきれません。好立地で通勤しやすく、プロの街に住みたい方に向いています。

ペニンシュラファイブはドバイ中心部を一望する高級アパートメントとなる予定。ドバイに住んで5年になりますが、ビジネスベイはまさに最適な場所です。職場の近く、ゴルフコースの近く、そしてたくさんの水辺のレストラン。高級レストランからカジュアルレストランまで。食通にとっては素晴らしいことです。ビジネスベイで販売中の2ベッドルームモデルアパートメントは広々としており、白い大理石の床、大きなバルコニー、アメリカンスタイルのキッチンが備わっています。見事なブルジュ・ハリファも180度見渡せます。完璧な投資機会が待ちきれません。

been living in dubai for 10 years and always been looking for apartments in business bay. ahad residences apartment for sale in business bay is reasonable, as it is in a prime location to workplaces, and to leisure attractions. a 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, with white and brown furniture and marble floors. a big living room area to place a large comfortable sofa after coming back from work. a stunning floor-to-ceiling window and view of dubai creek or burj khalifa, is amazing in the evening. location is everything only a few minutes i am at work or a few minutes to dubai marina to enjoy a nightout. amazing!

i managed to get a unit that they recently renovated, and it’s very spacious, modern and luxurious. being brand new, adding to the fact that its located in a prime location in dubai, its money well spent even if on the expensive end. you’ll be surprised how spacious the units are in executive tower. its hard to find an apartment like this. i recommend this to anyone who wants a spacious apartment in the heart of dubai.

one of a kind design condominium

there are many towers in the same area with high rise buildings. the swimming pool is surrounded by towers. the condo was completed a long time ago but it is still new and provides a spacious room. the floor to ceiling window helped me to look over a beautiful view of dubai and marina and provided a fully furnished room that is so comfortable.

the 3-bedrooms unit at the address downtown is very spacious and modern. it also have cutting-edge facilities and amenities to offer. downtown dubai's notable features include the burj khalifa, the dubai fountain, and the dubai mall. in the neighborhood, public transportation is not an issue. it's a short walk from the famous dubai mall, the world's second-largest mall with a choice of shopping and leisure opportunities.
